Q: When I put my username/password into Skyward, nothing happens or it’s not letting me in. What am I doing wrong?
A: Nothing, but it’s likely your browser has a pop-up blocker enabled and that is why it looks as if “nothing” is happening when you try to log into Skyward. Depending on the browser you are using, you are going to need to allow our Skyward site as a pop-up. For Chrome, you would follow these instructions.
Q: I just opened a window in Skyward and my screen went completely black! What is wrong?
A: There is a compatibility issue with the new version of Skyward Web and Internet Explorer 7.0. The fix for this is to upgrade your IE to version 8. Contact Nancy Henderson at extension 1221 for assistance with this problem.
